Preparation Support

- SHRM Volunteers drive the Study Groups that run on weekends to guide interested test takers on how best to prepare and to pass the SHRM Certification tests.
- Together with the SHRM Education partner for Nigeria, SHRM Volunteers also run the SHRM Information Session where we provide in-person guidance and counseling to intending test takers on what certifications to choose base don their experiences and background.
- The volunteer facilitation team is made up of HR Executives from diverse industries and experience background. They are all SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certified, each with an average of Ten years of progressive human resource practitioner experience in all of the functional areas. These pros all have strong group facilitation skills
Maintaining Earned Status
